Description: This course will explore various design processes used to develop technologies and processes related to cyber-physical systems. Topics include, but are not limited to, financial considerations, selection of design processes, safety considerations, allocation of time and resources, and value-added in terms of capability and effectiveness. Students will successfully design and execute a plan that integrates a cyber-physical system into an existing process.
